Pherin.
New Pherin (capital):The major trade city of the Pherin state ruled over by the High Lord Darathorn, it has political and military control over the Fenmyrian-Faerûnian Gateway that lies in a cave near the Fjords of Kira.
New Mith:: A city heavily influenced by the Sillilnyme Elves, also called Laam Seanir Elevel. A large number of Half-Elves reside in this city and their presence has caused some issues in the past. A military installation was built here during the Arbonian Empire’s rule and referred to as Fort Rastarn.
Lascan:Also called Laslar by its citizens, is a mining town found near the base of the Mort'kha Mountains. They mine iron and develop it into steel through a process taught to them by the Lodestone Dwarves. This steel is a major export of Lascan to other parts of Pherin and to the Sillilnyme and Shadowluren Elves. Lascan is also home to Lord Phangul, one of the lords that serve the High Lord Darathorn, who lives in a moderate sized Keep with a portion of the Pherin army station nearby.
Ivelfrost:A major port city that was the home to the Arbonian naval forces during the Arbon-Jaia War, called Velfust but later renamed Ivelfrost due to a political movement in the city. During the last portion of the war, the city suffered heavy losses and damage and had been rebuilt. The reconstruction took fifty years but in the end, the city was almost back to its former self. It still is home to the naval forces, but for Pherin now.
Kenphion:The oldest Human city in the northern lands to have survived the Ark of Quain incident. By today’s standards, it would be only considered a walled town with a humble port referred to as Kenphion, but in its prime it was –the- grand city of Kenotaphion important trade center of the kingdom of Taeel. Nowadays it is used mainly as a fishing and minor trade port.
Syrix:A village sized port town that was built after the Arbon-Jaia War, a small fishing community that is said to have a map leading to the infamous Red Fang Island.
Leona:A major coastal fortress that has control of the delta of the Kellin River and is home to a moderate sized naval force that it deploys to battle raiding pirates that would threaten the nearby coastal cities of Pherin. The fortress also regulates inland trade that uses the Kellin River to enter the Sweet Sea.
Forlan:A large port that is home to shipwrights, dry docks, and a salt gathering crews. The port itself is to the north of the town where its workers dwell, a small road connects the two. The Sol’s Lumière who has an enclave near the town regulates this road.
Azan:A major trade city in the nation of Pherin that is ruled over by the Azan Mob. The city is a center of many illegal activities, and despite the efforts by the High Lord and his council, they have been unable to make a solid dent against the Azan Mob. The mob does however prevent a great number of other crime organizations and thieves from interfering with trade in Pherin. Azan is also home to a booming mine industry that mines in the western portion of the Vorrin Mountains. Also is known to be home to the resort casino well known all over Fenmyr, the Lucky Deuce.
Verzhul: The ruined capital of the Arbonian Empire is a holy site of the church of Adonis and it is home to such sites as the Cathedral of Sol. Due to the violent destruction of the city, the restless spirits and undead haunts the region after the Ark’s quake of power. The Sol’s Lumière and other faithful of Adonis make journeys to the city, often with assistance of mercenaries hired in New Pherin, on specific holy days and events of the church. Some believe the riches of the Arbonian Empire are still buried deep within the ruins.

Kyrstinaw
Lasburia (capital): A major center of learning and trade for the Kyrstinaw Queendom. It is home to the palace of Queen Lydia and her court of nobles. A major portion of the armed forces of Kyrstinaw resides in and about the city. The city is home to a famous bard school, Arque’s Heart, which is ran by Lady Arque, a Shadowluren Elf of the faith of Rhion.
Ciga: Often referred to as North Lasburia, this important port city lies just on the other side of the Phoei River and manages all trade on it. The city is often thought to just be an extension of the city of Lasburia due to relative closeness but Baroness Silvercross, a Baroness placed by the Queen, rules it. The Azan Mob is rumored to have a powerful connection here.
Isilude: A small farming township that has a powerful mill built upon the Phoei River. It is well known for its rich flour made of the Kyrstinaw spring wheat and for the milk products produced from their livestock. Despite the rural setting, a large library built by the faithful of Jylia is found here as well.
Prontera: A large coastal fortress that sits inland and makes uses of specially made long range siege engines to deal with pirates. A regiment of the Kyrstinaw cavalry is also found here. No males are permitted to enter the fortress unless prisoners of war.
Loria: A large township that gathers salt from the nearby sea and mines for various ores in the nearby mountains. Glassware is a common export from this city in addition to weapon quality steel and salt. Baroness Valerie resides here in a palace rivaling the queen’s and has a large portion of the Kyrstinaw armed forces here to protect the area.
Sharpwood: Township of rangers that gather to trade and do business with others. It is the last defense against the Orcs to the south and has recently become home to a large number of the Kyrstinaw armed forces that are in constant arguments and confrontations with the rangers that dwell there normally.
Hamlet: Little survives of what was once a homely and quaint township that was known for their glassware. The few survivors are hardened by battle and desensitized due to the bloodshed that occurs on a nearly daily scale. Almost no one comes to Hamlet save mercenaries hired by the Kyrstinaw authorities to deal with the savage orcs. These orcs are not to be confused with those of Rosca’s Ring but those that are dwelling close to the Tyas River.

Sillilnyme
Nyeanilwal Eo Quilwal (capital): The Imperial court city of the High Emperor Kai Jaden IV that lies just north of Nyea Lake. The city is heavily influenced by the culture of Kara-Tur, the culture that the founders of city were part of. The city is beautiful and is often compared to the Human city of Lasburia of the Kyrstinaw Queendom. The city is home to the imperial songstress that is considered a national treasure of the Sillilnyme, also the site of the temple of Gwangil can be found here. Sometimes called, Nyeanilwac Eo Quilwal as well.
Nytheima: A fortress city that is home to the majority of the armed forces of the Sillilnyme. It is the oldest of the imperial class cities and was the original capital until the Emperor Jaden II moved it to Nyeanilwac Eo Quilwal. Sometimes outsiders seeking asylum are allowed to stay here.
Meanithya: A farming community that is about the size of a large town. The primary crop is rice and wheat and the livestock of cattle and goats. In addition to those a horse stable can be found just south of the city near Blackstar Mountain, a specific horse breed, the Irenire, are breed here. The Irenire are a swift-footed horse capable of prolonged journeys in hostile environments, such as the Dead Lands.
Lethyril: An Elven mining community that operates a strip mine in a large valley just east of the town, near the Lodestone Mountains. They produce high quality steel and occasionally weapon grade mithril. They often come under political criticism by the Lodestone Dwarves over territory disputes.
PortsValley: The official city of trade between the peoples of Sillilnyme Elves, Pherin, and Lodestone Dwarves. It is an imperial class city, youngest of the category, and is about half the size of the city of Nyeanilwac Eo Quilwal. A regiment of the Imperial Guard is station here in addition to the regular armed forces that are cycled in and out on regular basis. Said to be home to a national treasure of Sillilnyme, the Shadestone Lance.
Lallowyn: A heavily defended port that is home to a dry dock and shipwright. The port is used for trade, salt gathering, and pirate hunting. The reason the city is so heavily defended is due to a large number of annual pirate raids that take place near it. A small coastal fortress is located here armed with long-range siege engines to repel pirate attacks.
Kerrarin A port town that is home to a small coastal fortress much like Lallowyn though lacks some of the other defenses that city does. The city deals in trade, fishing, and whaling – the oil produced from the slain whales is highly sought after in Pherin.
Lithyrin: A town with a small port, it is mainly a fishing community that does some crab and lobster trapping. Has only moderate naval protection from pirates and relies on Kerrarin to have dealt with the pirates with their longer ranged siege weaponry. Twice pirates, requiring the Imperial Guard to free it that has cost the town some of the favor the Emperor once bestowed upon it, have occupied the town.
Seanir'Elevel: A famous city that is renown to any that has wielded an Elven bladed weapon. The Elven craft of blade creating originated here and has long been perfected by the master smiths over the many centuries. The city mines for ore used in blade creating in the nearby mountains of the Helnia’Ani Waterfalls, usually weapon quality steel, silver, and mithril. The city exports various ores, blades, weapons, and salt that is gathered by some of the residents. The sword of the first Jaden Emperor is said to exist somewhere in the city.
Ledya: A town that is built upon the ruins of an imperial class fortress city that was built during the Kinslayer War. The city was destoryed during the Ark of Quain incident and was later rebuilt by Shadowluren Elves that had fled westwards, over the years these Shadowluren had become assimilated into the Sillilnyme of the region. The Elves of this town are looked down upon by the Sillilnyme due to their heritage, the noble bloodline being tainted by the Shadowluren. On the other hand, the Shadowluren openly trade with them and hold no ill will. Ledya uses the Melnia River to power their mills to grind the corn and rice, which they grow in the fields near the river, into flour to make their meals and bread they trade with other parts of Sillilnyme and the independent town of Dornia.

Lodestone Mountains – Surface Cities
K'a Khaazk Lara Gates A city located on the North Point of the Lodestone Mountains that is holds a large gateway that leads down into the land to the Dwarven Kingdom. The city is a large trading center with farms on the outskirts. The city has been sealed off and on due to the increasing political issues below the surface.
Middletown Located on the base of the West Point of the Lodestone Mountains, the township of Middletown is a farming community that includes various types of livestock. The town has a large Human population, some of which are people from Faerun who have settled in the region or people from Pherin. The mixture of the two cultures is apparent from the moment one enters the town, all trade of this town goes to K'a Khaazk Lara Gates if it’s heading to K'a Nurtathkurra Kazkath or to Portsvalley if its going to international trade.
Morgandil: Located on the South Point of the Lodestone Mountains, Morgandil is a fortress that watches over the surface cities of the Lodestones. From the outside, it appears as a large stonewall with small openings near the top going around the mountain but upon further inspection, one can see that the fortress itself was built inside the mountain. A single entrance lies on the southern base, but the fortress is obviously interconnected with the other surface cities and possibly with K'a Nurtathkurra Kazkath. Near the base is a small hamlet of farmers who raise goats and chickens along with wheat. The Sillilnyme see Morgandil as an archaic relic of a long lost age of warfare but since the Ilmnfeml Conflict, the fortress has proven it’s worth twice.
Luntenk: Built upon the East Point of the Lodestone Mountains gives Luntenk little in terms of fertile land as the East Point lies within the Dead Lands. Despite this, the Dwarves are able to gather sand and produce glass and gather rare herbs for medicine. The Lodestones have permitted an Enclave of the Librarians and Sol’s Lumière to be built here in order to better protect travelers that would rise traveling into the Dead Lands, especially Dwarven ones. Luntenk recently has come under attack by Elven undead from the southeast.

Shadowluren Forest
Lil'nekturi: Is a trade city that lies on the western edge of the Shadowluren Forest near the western swamp. Despite social differences with the Sillilnyme, the two have a healthy trade relationship, the Sillilnyme seem to enjoy the swamp toads that the Shadowluren hunt for. Historically the city of Lil’nekturi shouldn’t exist, as the city originally sunk in the western swamp, but it was later rebuilt just outside of it. It is rumored that the temple of Rhion didn’t remain sunk in the swamp but no one who has sought it has returned.
Finnir: A fortress citadel that has existed since just prior to the Kinslayer War, it survived both the war and the Ark of Quain incident without much damage. In today’s world, it is used to protect the Shadowluren from the undead of the lower Dead Lands and from the foul fell beasts that linger the dark of night. Finnir is the city used to trade with the independent town of Melun, usually most goods come imported from Arabell. With the coming of the Ilmnfeml, Finnir has been given upgraded weaponry, both siege related and melee/ranged, and kill on sight orders.
Úrgor: A small town that harbors a population of rangers that often enter the nearby swamps, deeper forest, and Desert of Ice in search of game and lore. The town is humble and isn’t anything unusual, though it does offer a bed and hot meal for anyone who enters there. However, the Elves of this village are skilled at bowery.
Arabell: Closest to a capital the Shadowluren have as it is where the council of elders meet, the city of Arabell is located south of Arabell Lake. It is a city on par with an imperial class city of Sillilnyme, it is naturally beautiful and is often compared to Lasburia and Nyeanilwal Eo Quilwal. Though unlike those cities, the majority of Arabell is nature, as in trees and such being used as homes – much like the Wood Elves though not as ancient of design.
Monari: Located in the heart of the Shadowluren Forest at the end of a tributary of the Aix River. This deep forest village is used as a trading post by the Shadowluren Elves and the Weigris. Goods are traded up and down river from Xok’Tsoron. An armed collective of Shadowluren warriors are always present in the town.
Xok'Tsoron: An eastern trade city of the Shadowluren. It controls a large portion of trade on the Aix River, where it deals with Monari. It is also the chief trade spot with the Free States of the Grasslands., being near the delta of the Silver River, it allows Xok’Tsoron to take part in the exclusive trade of the lower Free States. Using the Aix River and the delta of the Silver River, the city of Xok’Tsoron can use the Eastern Sea to do trade with Loranek.
Loranek: A small fishing village that also deals with salt gathering. Its ships do not venture far into the Eastern Sea due to old wives’ tales about a massive sea monster but they do often travel to Xok’Tsoron, Athurlhel, and Mac’Uni’Bril. Some old customs are still practiced here, such as the offering to the sea where a portion of the yearly fish harvest is returned to the sea. A dark custom still practiced is the offering of a young townsperson to the vampire king, Gerlios d'Valron.
Athurlhel: Similar to its northern sister town, Loranek, Athurlhel is primarily a small fishing village that practices the old ways. It also is victim to the demands of Gerlios d’Valron, of the Valron Mountains. Athurlhel, unlike its northern and southern sisters, has Human residents who have come from the northern Queendom of Kyrstinaw. The Human and Elves of this village got along well until the birth of the first Half-Elf, which has caused a rift in relations.
Mac'Uni'Bril: A village that was once a fishing community that gather salt until they refused to give into the demands of the Vampire King, who had his minions and zombified Elves destroy the village. The few survivors have rebuilt the village into something resembling a crude but highly defendable fort, having obtained holy water taken from Arabell Lake and blessed by a high priestess of Rhion, they prepare and anoint weapons and armor for the annual offering. The council of elders has refused to send reinforcements to Mac’Uni’Bril and to sent forces to destroy the Vampire King in fear that if they failed, his army would be increased by that many.

Crystal City: The Azurite capital, and only, city that is created from never melting ice crystals found in the Desert of Ice. It is a citadel of defense, surrounded by the Loryn Mountains. It is from here that the Azurites research and rebuilt ancient technologies found by the Lodestone Dwarves, which they purchase for considerable cost, as well as invent new technologies. For the most part, the city is similar to any other Gnomish one save that here the Gnomes are actually powerful in their position. Nomadic tribes that travel the Desert of ice and try to inhabit portions of the Loryn Mountains occasionally attack the city.
Tower of Rosca: The domain of the Ring of Rosca, the only city of the Orcs in the region of Hakk u nro Ghahho’. A tall tower that is surrounded by a crude city, it is not a military strongpoint but the city does provide a place for the Orcs to rest, trade, and even craft. The tower itself on the other hand was designed by Rosca himself, it is sound in defensive design – it is round, not square, there are a number siege engines place on the top and various floors using large holes designed into the side of the tower. The city allows Humans to enter and even do trade. Due to the Orcs near the Tyas River, relations with Kyrstinaw are poor. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Free States of the Grasslands:: These cities, Jampuria, Letrina, Jallos, Baltium, Nafravel and Liuna, are all part of the loose trade federation called, the Free States of the Grasslands. They trade with Kyrstinaw and the Shadowluren, occasionally with the Weigris of the Shadowluren Forest. The cities each have their own specialty in trade, but most have a fishing industry and salt gathering service – Jampuria is known to also have a dry dock for ship repairs and Letrina is said to have a master shipwright. Despite no official military alliance and no formal political agreements, Jampuria is considered the center of the Free States of the Grasslands (F.S.o.G) as it is the largest of the cities in this loose trade federation. The F.S.o.G. are made up of Humans, a large number of them males, from Kyrstinaw, former Shadowluren Elves, Half-Elves, and even some half-bloodied Orcs. There is rumor that the F.S.o.G. may be forming a military alliance, and possibly even political union.
Dry Tundra Free Cities:: Dornia and Melun are two small cities that were built on the ancient ruins of the Girthauros, the two small cities do trade with the Lodestones, Sillilnyme, and Shadowluren. They are primarily made up of Elves and Dwarves who have joined outside of their respective nations. The Dry Tundra Free Cities are under constant pressure to join one of the three nations, sometimes even to the point of bribery and open threats of hostiles, but despite all of that, they have not budged in their political standings. The two free cities are considered linked as they have a limited military alliance and trade agreements.
Western Islands
Vroengar Isles Laiu: The northern island, where the village of Kameri is located and is considered a pirate village. They fish and gather salt for the other portions of the Vroengar Isles. A dry dock among other things can be found here.
Zalio: The city of Vroengard, the namesake of the island chain, is located on the western island of Zalio. It is believed this city is ruled by the Celestial Leylines and is used as a primary haven of their kind. Many defenses are setup to deter the mainlanders from sieging the city, including long-range siege weaponry and war-class ships.
Kulia: Kai is a city influenced by Kara-Turan, it was believed to be the "Red Fang Island" that is home to the Tendo King but it turned out to be incorrect after a failed raid done by Sillilnyme Elves, they learned from natives the island was referred to as Kulia. Kai has a shipwright, dry dock, and a rich fishing industry.
Vuul: Is the island just north of Kulia, it has no known cities, and isn't held by the pirates. There are some strange creatures that dwell on the island, such as the marine kobolds that were once used by the Arbonian navy.
Isle of Heliotro – A recent find, this island is quite large and lies in the great ocean. Mostly uninhabited save a tribe of Elves who are rather fearful of the outside world, it would seem as if they rule the island but nothing could be further from the truth. They appear to worship the island as if it were living and attempt any outsiders with extreme prejudice. Located far into the Western Sea.
Fully independent areas::
Melia: A crude village of the Snowroc tribe, a tribe of Human that live in the Desert of Ice. They are closely related with several of the nomadic tribes that travel the Desert of Ice, but unlike them they are not hostile to the Azurites and have formed a settlement. The Snowroc tribe has a strange practice where one female child of the chieftain, if a female is born, must be kept pure of flesh and pure of skin by allowing little sunlight to touch her - these snow white girls are raised as a priestess, her white skin is to show her closeness to their deity.
Vor'althrin: A small hamlet known to be the home of the famed Dwarven smith, Mungar Stoneblade. The hamlet lies north of the Dead Lands in the Myrawood Forest, just south of the Vorrin mountains. Despite the closeness to Pherin, Kyrstinaw, and the Lodestone Mountains, a trip to see Mungar is difficult - as the Myrawood Forest is known to be the home of a large number of trolls and territorial Wood Elves. Mungar has long befriended the Wood Elves and is seen as too powerful by the Trolls due to Mungar's flaming battleaxe, Flargis, so his hamlet is safe if one can reach it. Though it is a well known fact that if you seek a job done by Mungar, you must be ready to prove your worth to him.
