Birthplace: Immilmar, Rashemen
Background: When living along the golden way, her parents did quite well in trade, they did quite well owning a store in the capital of Rashemen. Because they did well with trade, Isidora's parents could afford schooling for their children, although they never dreamed of the education coming from a hathran. Out of luck, one of the hathrans had been watching their tutelage that day and had noticed Isidora's great mind. After consulting with the other Witches' they agreed to begin her magical schooling and began to breed her to enter the sisterhood. The hathran that reccomended Isidora, Shayla Mornwater, personally oversaw her training and become a motherly figure to her. After the tutelage, only part of her training was complete. She was now around the age of eighteen when the Rashemen learned of the Thayan Enclave near Hillsfar. The Witches' believed that the best defense was knowledge, and it was agreed on that the enclave must be watched so that they would know if there were to be any Alliances between the Thayans and the Zhentarim, despite their differences. Shayla volunteered for the task, and being well liked in the sisterhood, she was chosen. There was a small party of twelve sent to the Moonsea so they could watch the ongoings there, the party was comprised of: Shayla Mornwater, a powerful and kindly witch, Kylie Villa, a quiet, yet equally powerful witch, and Vaya Nikkana, a relatively young, but well-respected witch. The party also consisted of three very gifted Ethrans and each of the hathran's beserker bodyguards. Isidora and her Ethran sisters were sent along as part of their training, they had to learn to not be over-dependant on the spirits of Rashemen, should they ever need to leave Rashemen, where they cannot draw upon the power of the telthors. Equipped with masks of disguise and powerful illusory magic, they headed off to the Moonsea, where they could keep an eye on their dread enemies. They stayed in the town of Hillsfar, where the Thayan Enclave was closest, and for weeks, they found little evidence of any alliances. However, their darkest fear became realized, one of the elder witches' among them, Kylie, had betrayed them to the Thayans, proving herself to be a durthan. The Thayans were furious and the Red Wizards of the Enclave were swift to find them. When the wizards arrived, a battle occured. Like chess, the pawns went first, which proved to be little challenge to the Witches', when they had won the first minor skirmish. This gave them a little time to prepare themselves for the full might of the Wizards. Using magical rings, wands, and their magically animated weapons, they fought the Wizards fiercely, although the Red Wizards had many guards and had them outnumbered. They fled to outside the town, their enemies close on their tail, soon, the beserkers had fallen, and one of the Ethrans. When the wizards caught up to them, the remaining Witches were locked in spellduel, the two eldest battling the higher powered mages while the Ethran were dealing with the pawns. The duels were short-lived though, Vaya fell to her enemy, while Shayla bested her own wizard, quickly turning her attention to the one that defeated Vaya. Her anger fueled her power, and she quickly eliminated him. They were forced to flee on foot, only Shayla and Isidora remaining, however, the wizards had called for reinforcements and they were closing in. They were about to be killed, and did not have the time for a long-distance teleportation spell, so they resorted to the only option they had left, go through the portal. They were not followed, the Wizards knew that if they entered, there was no returning. They used the few coins they had to get by, but they were eventually forced to get mundane jobs. Shayla thought it was best for Isidora to continue her training, so after she worked, she would train with Shayla. One day, while Isidora was working, Shayla performed a small bit of magic, this magic was unique to the hathrans, someone witnessed and called for the authorities. When Shayla could not produce a spellbook, she was arrested for being a Warlock. While this was after the Crimson ordeal, she was tried and executed, this devestated Isidora. Isidora prayed and prayed for guidance, but she had recieved none. She had heard of the Isle of Kvinne and of its supposed connection with the gods and set off in search of this island, in hopes for some guidance.
Reasons for being on Kvinne: She had heard that the island was connected with the gods and was hoping for some guidance from the three. (Mystra, Mielikki, Chauntea.)
Goals: Contact the three, eventually return home.
